We bring the clients
People tell Remedy what's happened over WhatsApp, in their own words and in over 140 languages, and Remedy asks the questions you would. Remedy helps you engage with clients, so you don't waste time digging through irrelevant documents, or hours chasing up for the essential facts.

Our platform handles the admin
Book client calls, research the law and draft letters in one workspace, with each matter's documents and history beside you.

What could you earn with Remedy?
£21,333
potential monthly earnings at a 40% fee share
Halve the time you spend on non-billable work and you have room for about 7 more clients a month, 27 in all, billing £53,333 a month instead of £40,000.
Illustrative only. As a guide, consultants keep 90% of the fees on clients they bring and 40% on clients Remedy brings, and fee earners are paid a £5,000 monthly base plus 40% of the fees they bill; your terms depend on the practice area and complexity of the work, and we agree them before you start. It assumes Remedy halves the share of your time spent on non-billable work and that you fill the time it frees with clients of the same average value. It is not an estimate of your earnings or a promise of how much work you will receive.
Solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), preferably with 5+ years of experience in their field and an excellent track record of client care. We aren't taking on CILEX, CLC or other lawyers at the moment. Tell us about your experience, the areas you practise in and the work you want.
Our focus is primarily on disputes and personal litigation, but we'd love to hear what you have in mind.
Fee share ranges from 40% to 90%, depending on factors such as where the client came from, the practice area, complexity, and whether you are working on a consultant or employed basis. As a guide, consultants keep 90% of the fees on clients they bring and 40% on clients Remedy brings, and fee earners are paid a £5,000 monthly base plus 40% of the fees they bill. We'll go through how the share works for you, along with supervision and responsibilities, before you start.
The same day the client pays.
Remedy is in the process of seeking authorisation from the SRA. Any applications at the moment are contingent on this. Once authorised, you'll practise through Remedy's regulated firm, under its professional indemnity insurance, so you won't need your own. We'll confirm the arrangement with you before you start.
Yes. We're keen to support both flexible consultant arrangements, where you choose your hours, caseload and where you work, and more traditional full-time roles on a salary plus commission.
This depends on the specific terms of your arrangement with Remedy. Consultant solicitors will have full flexibility over their caseload.
