    No win no fee under a conditional fee agreement, with no upfront payment and a success fee capped at a maximum of 25 per cent of the damages awarded. The costs page says most legal costs are recovered from the landlord if the claim succeeds, that an after the event insurance premium of £313.60 pre-issue or £392.00 post-issue is deducted, and that if the claim does not succeed the client pays no legal charges.
