118(1)
The contract-holder under a secure contract under which the landlord is a community landlord may transfer the contract as described in this section, but only if the landlord consents.
118(2)
The contract-holder may transfer the contract to a person who—
(a) before the transfer is a contract-holder under a secure contract under which the landlord is a community landlord, and
(b) immediately before the transfer will cease to be the contract-holder under the contract mentioned in paragraph (a).
118(3)
This section is a fundamental provision which is incorporated as a term of all secure contracts under which the landlord is a community landlord.
