Part 9: TERMINATION ETC. OF OCCUPATION CONTRACTS — CHAPTER 4: TERMINATION OF SECURE CONTRACTS (CONTRACT-HOLDER'S NOTICE)
The date specified in a notice under section 163 may not be less than four weeks after the day on which the notice is given to the landlord.
This section is a fundamental provision which is incorporated as a term of all secure contracts.
