Part 9: TERMINATION ETC. OF OCCUPATION CONTRACTS — CHAPTER 7: TERMINATION OF FIXED TERM STANDARD CONTRACTS
The date specified in a notice under a contract-holder's break clause may not be less than four weeks after the day on which the notice is given to the landlord.
This section is a fundamental provision which is incorporated as a term of all fixed term standard contracts with a contract-holder's break clause.
