This Part comes into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.
257(2)
The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.
257(3)
An order under this section may—
(a) include transitory, transitional or saving provision;
(b) make different provision for different cases or descriptions of case or different purposes or areas;
(c) make different provision for different kinds or descriptions of occupation contract;
(d) appoint different days for different purposes.
