Additional terms of an occupation contract are any express terms of the contract other than—
(a) the terms addressing the key matters in relation to the contract,
(b) the fundamental terms of the contract, and
(c) the supplementary terms of the contract.
28(2)
An additional term of an occupation contract which is incompatible with any of the terms mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) of subsection (1) has no effect.

In this Act "additional terms" has the meaning given by subsection (1).
