Part 1: OVERVIEW OF ACT

Part 10 concerns miscellaneous matters which are either—

supplementary to Parts 2 to 9, or

about the application and operation of this Act.

Part 11 contains—

provision about the interpretation of this Act, and

provision which applies generally for the purposes of this Act.
