Section 114: Rules, regulations and orders-general provisions.

Part VII: Miscellaneous and general

114(1)

Any power to make rules, regulations or orders under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

114(2)

Any regulations made under this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

114(3)

Any order made under any provision of this Act other than section 52(1) may be varied or revoked by a subsequent order under that provision.
