Subject to any order under subsection (2) of this section, references in this Act to a rating area or rating authority shall, in relation to the Isles of Stilly, be construed as references respectively to those Isles and to the Council of those Isles.
118(2)
The Minister may by order direct that the provisions of this Act shall apply to the Isles of Stilly subject to such exceptions, adaptations and modifications, if any, as may be specified in the order.
