23(1)

Section 38 of the 1946 Act (which requires every Executive Council to make as respects their area arrangements for the supply, amongst other things, of prescribed drugs and medicines to all persons in the area who are receiving general dental services) shall have effect with the substitution, for references to such drugs and medicines, of references to such drugs and medicines as are included in a list for the time being approved for the purposes of that section by the Minister.

23(2)

This section shall have effect in Scotland as if, for the reference therein to section 38 of the 1946 Act, there were substituted a reference to section 40 of the 1947 Act.
