In section 44(1) of the Act of 1954 the following paragraph shall be substituted for paragraph (b) :—

The following shall be added at the end of Schedule 6 to the Act of 1954:—
Section 14: Definition of landlord and further provisions where immediate landlord is not the freeholder.
