After section 24 of the Act of 1954 there shall be inserted the following section:—
3(2)
In section 24(1)(a) of the Act of 1954 for the words "the next following section" there shall be substituted the words "section 25 of this Act".
Section 3: Rent while tenancy continues by virtue of s. 24 of Act of 1954.
