The Secretary of State shall ensure that the central advisory committee constituted under section 3 of the War Pensions Act 1921 includes the chairman of at least one of the committees established by regulations under section 25 of the Social Security Act 1989 and includes at least one war disabled pensioner, and shall cause that central advisory committee to be convened at least once in every year.
