Section 113: Compulsory acquisition of land by Secretary of State for the Environment

113(1)

The Secretary of State for the Environment may acquire compulsorily any land necessary for the public service.

113(3)

The said Act of 1946 shall apply to any compulsory acquisition by the Secretary of State for the Environment under this section as it applies to a compulsory acquisition by another Minister in a case falling within section 1(1) of that Act.
