Section 241: Special provisions as to display of advertisements on operational land

Part XI: Statutory Undertakers

241(1)

The provisions of this Part of this Act specified in subsection (2) of this section do not apply in relation to the display of advertisements on operational land of statutory undertakers.

The said provisions are sections 225 to 228 and 237(1) and (4) of this Act.
