Part XV: Miscellaneous and Supplementary Provisions
The transitional provisions and savings contained in Schedule 24 to this Act shall have effect.
Subject to the provisions of that Schedule, the enactments specified in Schedule 25 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
