18(1)
Compensation under this Part of this Act shall carry interest, at the rate for the time being prescribed under section 32 of the Land Compensation Act 1961, from—
(a) the date of service of the notice of claim; or
(b) if that date is before the first claim day, from the first claim day,
until payment.
