18ZB(1)
Subsection (2) applies where a person would be entitled, but for section 18ZA, to bring an action other than one in which the damages claimed are confined to damages for loss of or damage to property.
18ZB(2)
The court may, if it seems to it equitable to do so, allow the person to bring the action despite that section.
