Part I: Right to Practise as Solicitor

18(1)

An extract from the roll, or an extract from the register kept under section 10A, which is certified as correct by the Society is evidence of the matters mentioned in it.

18(2)

A certificate from the Society stating that—

(a) a person's name is or was on the roll, or

(b) a person is or was registered in the register kept under section 10A,

is evidence of the matters stated.
