Section 7: Entry of name and restoration of name struck off.

Part I: Right to Practise as Solicitor

On production—

of written evidence of admission of any person as a solicitor by the Society,
of an order for the restoration to the roll of the name of a person whose name has been struck off it, or
of an order under section 47(2)(h) for the restoration of a person's name to the roll,

and on payment to the Society of such fee . . . as the Society may from time to time determine, the Society shall enter the name of that person on the roll.
