11(1)
This Act may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
11(2)
This Act shall come into force on 1st July 1975 or such earlier day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint.
11(3)
This Act shall not apply to Northern Ireland.
