Section 5C: Disclosure period: caution for good behaviour

5C(1)

Subsection (2) applies where, in respect of a conviction, a person was ordained to find caution for good behaviour in respect of a period ("the caution period").

5C(2)

The disclosure period applicable to the sentence is—

(a) where the person was 18 years of age or older at the date of the conviction, whichever is the longer of—

(i) 6 months from the date of the conviction,

(ii) the length of the caution period,
