Part III: Supplemental Provisions

Proceedings for an offence under this Act may be instituted by any of the following authorities:—

councils of districts and London boroughs;
councils of Welsh counties and county boroughs;
the Common Council of the City of London;
the Council of the Isles of Scilly.
