Section 151: Regulations and orders.

Part IX: General

151(1)

Any power of the Secretary of State to make an order or regulations under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject, except in the case of regulations under section 22(1), 33(2), 52(3), 56(7) or paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 or an order under section 52(4), 60 or 153 to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

151(2)

No order under section 52(4) or 60 shall be made unless a draft of it has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

151(3)

Any order or regulation under this Act may make different provision with respect to different cases or descriptions of case, including different provision for different areas.
