Part VI: MISCELLANEOUS AND SUPPLEMENTARY

Where in pursuance of any enactment, whenever passed, any money has (before or after the commencement of this Act) been paid—

into the Bank of England in the name of the Accountant General of the Senior Courts; or
into the Senior Courts,
the Accountant General may continue to deal with the money; and
any powers of the High Court with respect to the money shall continue to be exercisable,

in all respects as if that enactment had not been repealed.
