Part II: Purchases By Local And Other Authorities
This Part of this Act has effect except where a Minister is the acquiring authority.
The compulsory purchase order shall be in the prescribed form and shall describe by reference to a map the land to which it applies.
Before submitting the order to the confirming authority the acquiring authority shall comply with sections 11 and 12 below.
