This Act may be cited as the Acquisition of Land Act 1981.
This Act shall come into force at the expiration of a period of three months beginning with the date on which it is passed.
This Act, except so far as Schedule 4 amends any enactment which extends to Scotland or Northern Ireland, extends to England and Wales only.
