Part I: Constitution and Administration

A fee-paid part-time judge of the county court may not act as a judge of the court in relation to any proceedings in the court in which—

the judge,
a partner or employer of the judge,
a body of which the judge is a member or officer, or
a body of whose governing body the judge is a member,

is directly or indirectly engaged as legal representative or agent for any party ....

Every person who contravenes this section shall for each offence be liable on summary conviction to a fine of an amount not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
