In section 65(1) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 (which defines what proceedings are family proceedings) after paragraph (e) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
(ee)section 35 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973;
Section 44: Family proceedings in magistrates’ courts to include applications to alter maintenance agreements.
