The Secretary of State may by regulations provide that, in a case where—
the Board of the Pension Protection Fund may exercise any of the following rights.
The rights are those which are exercisable by the trustees or managers as a creditor of the company under or by virtue of—

Regulations under subsection (1)—
Regulations under subsection (1) are subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.
In this section "eligible scheme" has the meaning given by section 126 of the Pensions Act 2004.
