Part IV: Miscellaneous and General
Schedule 3 to this Act (which relates to local government administration) shall have effect.
That Schedule shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.
In that Schedule, paragraphs 1 to 10 extend to England and Wales only and paragraphs 11 to 17 extend to Scotland only.
