Part IV: Miscellaneous and General

In section 45(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (local authorities having power to enter into arrangements under Employment and Training Act 1973) after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—

This section shall be deemed to have come into force, as regards any authority or body concerned, on the day the authority or body was established.

This section extends to England and Wales only.
