or the purpose of any specified proceedings, the court shall appoint an officer of the Serviceor a Welsh family proceedings officer for the child concerned unless satisfied that it is not necessary to do so in order to safeguard his interests.
The officer of the Serviceor Welsh family proceedings officer shall—

The conditions are that—
Any solicitor appointed under or by virtue of this section shall be appointed, and shall represent the child, in accordance with rules of court.
In this section "specified proceedings" means any proceedings—

For the purposes of subsection (6), a child arrangements order is one made with respect to the living arrangements of a child if the arrangements regulated by the order consist of, or include, arrangements which relate to either or both of the following—
