Part III: Judicial and Other Offices and Judicial Pensions

A person holding any of the following offices—

district judge, including district judge of the principal registry of the Family Division;
Master of the Queen’s Bench Division;
Master of the Chancery Division;
Insolvency and Companies Court Judge ;
Taxing Master of the Senior Courts ;
Admiralty Registrar,

shall take the oath of allegiance and the judicial oath before a judge of the High Court or a Circuit judge.

The Promissory Oaths Act 1868 shall have effect as if the offices listed in the Second Part of the Schedule to that Act included those offices.
