Section 93C: Interpretation of sections 93A and 93B

Part III: Control over development

In sections 93A and 93B "relevant planning permission" means any planning permission other than that which is—

granted by a development order, a local development order, a Mayoral development order or a neighbourhood development order,
granted by an enterprise zone scheme,
granted by a simplified planning zone scheme,
deemed to be granted under section 90 (development with government authorisation), or
outline planning permission (within the meaning given by section 92(1)).
