The Secretary of State may by order amend section 87C(2) above by—
adding a reference to another compound of fluorine; or
removing any reference to a compound of fluorine.
The power of the Secretary of State to make orders under this section shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
