Part V: MISCELLANEOUS AND SUPPLEMENTAL

Each of the Ministers shall have power to make regulations—

for the purpose of prescribing anything which may be prescribed under this Act (other than under section 74 below); and
generally for the purpose of carrying this Act into effect.

Subject to section 37(5ZH), section 37A(6) and (7), section 41A(13) and (14) and section 66A(4), the power to make regulations under this section or any other provision of this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
