Valuation and community charge tribunals established under Schedule 11 to the 1988 Act shall be known as valuation tribunals.
Such tribunals shall exercise, in addition to the jurisdiction conferred on them by or under the 1988 Act, the jurisdiction conferred on them by—
section 16 below;
regulations made under section 24 below; and
paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to this Act.
