Section 13: Financial provision.

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

any expenditure incurred by the Secretary of State under this Act; and
any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other enactment.

Any sums received by the Secretary of State by virtue of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
