As soon as reasonably practicable after the end of the period of three years beginning with the restructuring date, the Secretary of State shall prepare and lay before Parliament a report setting out particulars of—
the financial assistance provided during that period to coal-mining museums, so far as it has involved the making of payments for that purpose to any person by the Secretary of State;
the manner in which the provision of that financial assistance has been administered; and
the use to which that financial assistance has been put by the coal-mining museums which have received it.
