Part I: The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency — Chapter II: The Scottish Environment Protection Agency

There shall be a body to be known as the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (in this Act referred to as "SEPA"), for the purpose of carrying out the functions transferred or assigned to it by or under this Act.

Schedule 6 to this Act shall have effect with respect to SEPA.
