Section 18: Exception in case of Temples etc.

This Act shall not apply to land which is situated in inner London and in which there is an interest belonging to—

the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple,
the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple,
the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, or
the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn.

The reference in subsection (1) to inner London is to Greater London other than the outer London boroughs.
