Part I: Social Rented Sector regulated by the Welsh Ministers — Chapter V: Miscellaneous and general provisions
The following provisions apply to any power of the Welsh Ministers under section 2, 7J, 17, 27A, 39, 50J, 51 or 55 or Schedule 2 to make an order.
An order may contain such supplementary, incidental, consequential or transitional provisions and savings as the Welsh Ministers consider appropriate.
