Section 1: Establishment of the Commission.

There shall be a commission, known as the Special Immigration Appeals Commission, for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction conferred by this Act and Schedule 4A to the British Nationality Act 1981.

Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect in relation to the Commission.

The Commission shall be a superior court of record.

A decision of the Commission shall be questioned in legal proceedings only in accordance with—

section 7 and sections 7B to 7D, or
