Section 23A: Power to impose requirements on specific bodies

Part I: The Scottish Parliament

Section 23 applies in relation to requirements imposed on a person in connection with the discharge of the functions of a body mentioned in subsection (2) in relation to Scotland with the omission of—

the words after paragraph (b) in subsection (1), and
subsections (2) and (6).

The bodies are—

the Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses,
the Office of Communications, and
the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority.
