In paragraph 16 of Schedule 2 to the 1971 Act, for sub-paragraph (2) substitute—
In paragraph 17(2) of that Schedule (power to grant constable a warrant to search and arrest), for the words from "authorising any constable" to "if need be" substitute ." authorising any immigration officer or constable to enter, if need be "
