Part 1A: The Regulators — CHAPTER 1: The Financial Conduct Authority

In this Act "the UK financial system" means the financial system operating in the United Kingdom and includes—

financial markets and exchanges,
regulated activities (including regulated claims management activities), and
other activities connected with financial markets and exchanges.
