The FCA must take such steps as it considers appropriate to co-operate with the Bank of England in connection with—

the pursuit by the Bank of its Financial Stability Objective, and
the Bank's compliance with its duties under sections 58 and 59 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (duty to notify Treasury of possible need for public funds and of subsequent changes).

Co-operation under subsection (1) may include the sharing of information that the FCA is not prevented from disclosing.
