A confiscation order is satisfied when no amount is due under it.

The "amount payable" under a confiscation order, where part of that amount has been paid, means the amount that remains to be paid.

A confiscation order is subject to appeal until there is no further possibility of an appeal on which the order could be varied or quashed....
